Andi Muise was born on January 12, 1987, in wintry North Bay, Ontario, Canada. As a young girl, Andi dreamed of a modeling career would only hope to be like her role model, Daria Werbowy. From those days, she aimed to be a successful model in her life.
Andi is 5'9" tall, almond-eyed beauty blends her Caucasian and Native American features allure designers and magazines editors the world over. In spite of Andi Muise's growing fame, she delights herself on her down-to-earth persona and regularly returns to her native land to spend time with her family and friends, while collecting things like art and interior decorating.
Andi used to take a routine trip to the mall in 2002, when just 14 which proved to be providential as here she was marked by Michele Miller, the holder of well known fashion agency International Model Management, in Barrie, Ontario. Michele started by placing Andi in local print campaigns, such as Bonnebell cosmetics, and it was not long before she was modeling for a very high profile names like Armani and FCUK.
A move to New York at the age of 17 proved to be a judicious decision, as Andi quickly come into focus in ads for familiar companies, such as Nordstroms and Urban Outfitters, and within the pages of good reputed publications like UK Vogue and Allure.
In 2005, Andi’s worldwide profile increased exponentially due to her contribution in Victoria’s Secret’s 10th annual fashion show. She has walked in each consecutive show since, also being featured in their catalogs and as their "Fit Model" for the 2007 show. The amount of success she has had since 2005 can be attributed to her switch from her New York Agency DNA, to Marilyn, New York.
Andi has since walked the runway in shows for such fashion designers as Oscar de la Renta, Lacoste, Abaete, Yigal Azrouel, and Dolce & Gabbana. Muise even made an emergence on the final event of Heidi Klum's Project Runway in its second season to model clothes.
Also to be noted is her increase in editorial and campaign work for other, less commercial, brands.
